I also love that it can use an external Micro SD card when needed making transfers to your computer much, much easier.
The software however SSSSTTTIIINNNKKKSSS!!!! It's as if they didn't hire a UI/UX expert. They just said 'Hey... let's put a button over there for that feature!' with no real thought. And the connectivity is a pain too! You have to use bluetooth LE to turn on the WiFi, then connect your device to wi-fi. Why not just add a freaking wifi button like everyone else did?! Seriously... you added Bluetooth to turn on WiFi? Maybe it's also used for camera control, but I don't think so because you can't do anything until you connect the Wifi.
Two things to note. Definitely download the images and videos to your phone first. The software takes care of the conversions needed for viewing. You can then transfer it to your computer if you want. Sending it directly from camera to computer means having to do the conversion manually.
The second thing was it made me finally get a selfie stick. If you take a photo using the button on the camera, you'll have a huge image of a thumb for the bottom of the image. It made me laugh to see how huge my thumb looks in these images. I found a selfie stick that takes little tripod feet, so I can set it on a table and get a better 360° image.
A side note - not every place has the ability to view 360° images. Facebook, YouTube and Google+ do, so it is easy to share photos and videos there. If you're sharing on Facebook, make sure the preview scrolls around. I had a couple of times where the image didn't get tagged as a 360° image and had to upload it again. That probably has more to do with Facebook than the camera itself.
I think how you connect to it through the phone is a little bit clunky: Connect using bluetooth to tell it to connect through wifi. Then connect to it using wifi. Other than that, I think the iPhone app interface is pretty good. I also downloaded the app for my mac... I just wish I could process more than one video at a time.
So... For the price you really can't beat it. However, I think you need 4k video if you want decent quality 360 videos.
