Has some faults, but a good choice for the price.

Leaving a quick review here in case others are looking for a reasonably priced QWERTY slider keyboard phone for AT&T MVNOs. The keyboard is somewhat disappointing, it is more of a membrane type with buttons that do not appear to operate as separate keys. When a key is depressed, it may not necessarily type the character on the screen, so I have to look at the screen to verify that each keystroke works. Another annoyance is the abundance of TMobile apps, some of which are defunct anyway, so even though this phone is unlocked and can be used with other GSM services, you are stuck with apps that cannot be deleted without rooting the phone. Also, it runs an outdated version of Android (2.3 gingerbread), so I wouldn't load it with a bunch of apps and expect miracles.
If you're looking for a modern, reasonably priced keyboard phone, mainly for talking and texting, this phone is otherwise acceptable. I haven't had the phone long enough to recommend it for reliability or durability.
UPDATE: after only six weeks, this phone is no more. Both my wife and I have owned several cellphones over the last 15 years, but the first drop to concrete with this phone, and the screen shattered. I decided to buy the black/purple model, also sold on Amazon at this price, and replaced the motherboard from the old phone with the one in the new phone. I had rooted the first c800, bought a few apps, and customized it to the point where this seemed easier than starting over from scratch. The new phone also has a screen protector and the "Body Glove Case for HTC MyTouch Q Posh Plaid Snap-on Shell Case - Purple". Hopefully this will protect it from future drops.
