It is recommended to control the output power of the SX1280 chip between 2-5 dBm when using the SX1280 PA module, to ensure that the entire module outputs a power of 20 dBm.
If the output power of the SX1280 chip is higher than 5 dBm, it will exceed the maximum allowable input for the FEM chip and cause damage.
However, if the output power is lower than 2 dBm, the module's output power will still be within 20 dBm.
Therefore, the output power setting of the SX1280 chip must be carefully controlled and not exceed 2-5 dBm to avoid damaging the FEM chip.
Setting the output power to 3 dBm will ensure an output power of 20 dBm.

This board is one of the better ones to get for Meshtastic LoRa network. Had no problems whatsoever with this board, unlike the couple minor problems with another popular board. Easy to install firmware and configure. Comes with a decent antenna. Haven't distance tested yet to see how far it will go, but it will go 1/4 mile which is what I needed it for.

AVOID THESE PRODUCTS. TECH SUPPORT IS THE GITHUB COMMUNITY, WHICH IS ONE PERSON PROVIDING THE CODE. UPDATES TO SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE ARE JANKY AT BEST SINCE THESE ARE NEW DEVICES. THE ANTENNAS NEED TO BE CALIBRATED AND ARE NOT THE CORRECT FREQUENCY FOR THE DEVICES, SINCE THESE DEVICES ARE MEANT FOR BROADCAST/TRANSMIT THUS MAKES THEM USELESS UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO USE THEM IN THE LIVING ROOM. SOMETIMES YOU GET A T BEAM SOMETIMES YOU DONT
