Instructions
- Pull the pointed end of the finger sleeve to the base of your fingers.
- Push the remaining slack from the tip of your fingers down to the base of your hand.
- The fit will be very tight the first time you wear the finger sleeve. It will loosen up after the first few uses as it conforms to the shape of your fingers.
- Remove by pinching the material between the fingers and gently lifting the finger sleeve.
Washing Instructions
Machine wash cold when needed and air-dry. Do not use bleach.
Warning
Only use Liontek finger sleeves for short periods of time while training. Prolonged use may restrict circulation. This is not a medical device.
