The Tigweld 200sx is a 200 amp AC DC tig stick welder capable of welding on both 110v and 220v power. This unit's portability allows for easy unit relocation and welding on the go. Also, you are able to plug this unit into a generator of 5000 watts for welding in rural areas. Comes with everything including tig torch, stick handle, ground clamp, regulator, and plugs. All you need is Argon gas and filler rods.

I ordered a SECOND one and it was completely missing the LED digital display and the panel didn't work at all. Apparently no quality control at all. Longevity states they test each welder before it ships. Rubbish. How could they possibly test a welder that is missing the digital display??
What a hassle. Not a good experience and obviously poor quality products. I'm glad I bought these lemons through Amazon and was able to return them.
I haven't used the stick welding option as yet, so can't comment on that, but the TIG works fine on both aluminum and steel.
While I can't compare the 200sx to other welders in this price class, I do think it's a reasonably priced unit that comes well equipped. If it had better documentation and a little nicer torch and foot pedal, I'd give it 5 stars.
Update: This welder worked well for about 10 hours all told. Then the HF start malfunctioned, and then the argon gas wouldn't flow. I tried to contact Longevity about these issues twice and got no response, not a word. I was just asking how to go about getting it repaired, didn't even mention warranty, but they never responded. Maybe it was just my case, but it looks like they couldn't care less about their customers, at least if the welder was not purchased directly from them. As I mentioned in the original review, they refused to register the welder for warranty because I didn't buy it from them, so maybe that's why they ignored my requests. Whatever the reason, their customer service to me was nonexistent - I rate it a zero. For that reason, and because of the poor service life I got from the welder, I'm lowering my review to one star, and that's pushing it. In amazing contrast, Amazon worked with me on a return after I explained the situation to them, even though the window for returns had long passed. Amazon rates ten stars at the very least. Absolutely the best customer service I've ever experienced. On the other hand, I think Longevity should change their name to shortgevity - it'd be more fitting. I'm buying a new welder from another company, one that stands behind their products.
