"It isn't a medical professional book saying 'do this, do that' - it's a living, breathing survivor stating, 'look, this is what worked for me.'...learning to trust her own intuition to purification, letting go, and not being afraid to keep fighting; after all, as she herself reinforces, 'You're not dead yet."

"Lynda's focus on the emotional side of the battle against any disease is a very vital one, for if you are not in the right state of mind, the doctors' efforts to save you might all be in vain. Her emphasis on the need to always listen to your body and not ignore any warning signs made this a compelling read."

There are many conditions that Google might give a ten-year life expectancy for the acute phase, whereas in a chronic phase of that condition one would be able to live with the disease for a normal length life-span, or an only slightly shortened, life expectancy.
Yes, avoid doing blind medical research on Google if you do not have a trusted medical guide, as that can only alarm you.
The author, with her doctor, and mentors’ assistance, and her courage, detirmination and positive attitude combined, reclaimed a healthy life.
Even if she remains with a symptom free, mild, chronic version of the condition, there is no reason why that should worsen. As we mature, we have chronic ilnesses, or disease , in common. I applaud Lynda Filler for having regained her health and for sharing her journey through this book. An excellent, inspirational read.
I do agree with the author that for the body to heal, one must rid the body of all the garbage in the body caused by past rancor. This is not an easy task. We can forgive, but it is extremely difficult to forget. However, if one is seriously looking for healing, one must go back, deep into one’s self and flush the body of all these debris and the body will heal.
The writing was easy to read, very conversational, but the theme sounded so much like the author was preaching a new religion. This is where she lost me.
As a Christian and a healthcare provider, I read this book with an open mind. I advise readers take the same approach, and then you will find words of wisdom within this book.

LOVE, The Beat Goes On is one of the most profound books I have read on the subject of visualisation. It is simple in its construct, yet extraordinarily insightful in its purpose. The style in which Ms Filler writes pulls you into her life in a way that feels like you’re not just observing, as is typical of some memoir-based stories, but you are actually travelling alongside her. Sensing and feeling every moment, every obstacle and every emotion.
Whether you believe in the metaphysical techniques Ms Filler employs or not, what cannot be denied is the strong power of belief that Ms Filler had for everything she did to keep herself alive. It is clearly that power of belief, the pure and fully intended fact that the author denied her diagnosis, and as such refused to talk or research about it, thus preventing it from being imprinted on to her mind, and at the quantum level, the universe, enabled her to heal. She didn’t bring her illness into her mind and therefore her thought energy stopped the creation of a reality where she died. Ms Filler of course didn’t just rely on metaphysics, she followed her medical specialists’ advice, took her medication and continued tests under their instruction. At the same time, despite the doctors’ doom and gloom diagnosis, she made the firm intention to stay alive. Ms Filler, the universe and the Higher Power (referenced in her book) connected in vibrational harmony and thus, reversed a seemingly irreversible condition.
I would urge anyone who is feeling at a loss in their life, whether through illness, relationship, work etc., to read this book. It’s incredible powerful (you can feel the energy resonating from the words) and it shows that no matter what you’re facing, you can turn things around, even create a miracle and form around you the reality and the life you really want to have.
A turning point on her journey was meeting a shaman, and undergoing a healing ritual. However, she ultimately had to embrace both inner and outer changes, and learn to love herself.
I believe in alot of what was written and have overcome stressful situations through focusing on intentions. However Lynda takes it to the next level, which is totally awe-inspiring.
I too have issues with my heart but not as extreme so this book really resonated with me.
I intend to check out the additional information supplied at the end of the book in order for me to live my best life.
Thank you for your inspiration and sharing your story.
