I ordered these small ramekins to use for my Yorkie's (small dog) meals. He had another set and one by one they broke. They are very shallow, so that works great for him; he's 6.5 lbs. The only thing I would change is that they don't stack up easily like a similar set I purchased years ago.
I think they would also work great for mini quiches or creme brûlée. They arrived well packaged and with no issues/breaking.

The rameskins are everything I was expecting them to be, They are really beautiful, and look exactly as advertised. I think I will enjoy baking with them. The only down side was that one came broken. It appears to be very well packed, but the material between the rameskins is too thin, I conclude that, because the broken one was in the center of the box. I felt a little disappointed

I purchased these for my charcuterie boards; I put olive oil and spices for bread dipping in one and some pickled artichoke hearts in another. They were perfect and I have used them for every day food uses as well.
