Stops Working! Horrible Customer Service!
Update: 5/26/24 This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with that refuses to send new units out to cover warranty. The unit failed right away, you reach out to the company and they tell you to blow into the unit.... Who wants to spend this amount on money on something that we have to blow into.... This is NOT a Nintendo cartridge! Then if that doesn't work, they tell you to mix a water and rubbing alcohol solution and let the unit run for 4 hours. Nothing happened.... This thing stopped working! When it works, it spits out the oil.... This is ridiculous! I would skip this company completely.... They do not fulfill their product warranty! Save your money, also save your breath trying to blow into this! Follow up: 3/23/24 They finally emailed me back and asked if I can send them a video of the machine close enough to see if scent is coming out of the machine! What? As a customer, if I'm telling you that zero scent is coming out, you asking me to send a video of the scent coming out doesn't make sense! I followed their instructions on how to clean it, I don't have issues with the other product. So I sent the video, then they say that the video is too short, if I can send a minute video but my email doesn't allow that amount of video to be sent over email. I then asked them do they have what's app because it allows that kind of video to be sent, they said their WhatsApp is on the side of the unit and can be found there. By this time I had given up! This company, I stead of paying for the unit to be sent back and sending a replacement, they make you rub through hoops! The disappointment that I feel is disgusting, I believed enough in this company to buy 2 units, and they let me down! I purchased this to be able to share oils with my Church Family and it is wonderful. Many have noticed the church having an uplifting smell and to so much of a cleanser smell. I charge it thru the week and use it on Sunday and it, so far, is working great. I love the fact it is waterless because then I don't need to worry about it being spilled.
