I should first note that I am generally sold on the idea of BlueTooth headphones. If I can sum up the for and against arguments briefly I guess it goes like this

Reasons For:
-No wires!
-Remotely control your device's media transport.
-Flashing blue lights on your head, feel like a character from Tron.
-OMG you guys, no wires!

Reasons Against:
-Sound quality is not as good as a direct wired connection because A2DP isn't totally perfect
-Another thing you have to recharge
-Costs more than wired headphones
-Flashing blue lights on your head? What is this, Tron???

I have been using BlueTooth headphones with smartphones & tablets for about 4 years now, and I didn't realize how much I appreciate them until I lost my first pair. The devices you're gonna be using with BT headphones are "portable" things that fit in a pocket. Generally, this means if you've got headphones plugged in, you've gotta manage the wiring, plus you have a non-flexible plug sticking out of your device and potentially jabbing you in the leg. This isn't too bad, unless you take out and put away your device somewhat regularly during use. Then, its like "FUUUUU!" At least, that is my experience. Honestly, I feel kinda bad ass sitting there listening to my music with no wires at all, occasionally hitting a button on my headphones to pause or skip tracks. Is it silly? Yes. Is it rational? Not really. Are wires annoying? Yes. Is it all worth it? Depends on who you talk to. Honestly, I'll never go back to wired headphones except in the context of audio production, where they're pretty much a must.

The cost is a non-issue to me, as a geek with a serious gadget addiction.

Disclaimer: I'm just a regular Joe, no one paid me to write this review, I AM NOT AN AUDIOPHILE, and it's just my honest take:
First, I don't know why there aren't any reviews of this product. Also, it is hard to find any information on this item anywhere online. Needless to say, I took a big chance on this and could have been burned(well, I still could get burned since I've only listened to them for 2 days). Thermaltake is a company that makes computer hardware, and I guess Luxa is some sort of subsidiary.

Let me get this out of the way. I have owned 2 sets of the Motorola 305s stereo bluetooth headphones, but both of them quit working due to my excessive sweat(I try to walk 3-5 miles everyday), but they're a great value, and were the first affordable bluetooth stereo headphones, so I'm not going to knock them, but I'm not buying a new pair every year. I also owned an old school Plantronics stereo bluetooth, which is no longer for sale, so I've had experience with these, and I know what I need: It must be bluetooth, stereo bluetooth(I can't stand wires), comfortable, and a great value. What I wanted was something louder than those other pairs, better sound, and better quality. Ok, now to the review.

First, the negative. The connector IS NOT USB to micro USB as the description said AND as the user manual says. It is USB to small pin connector, so I'll have to find a car charger that has USB. No biggie, but micro USB has become the standard, and I hate it, on priciple, that they flat out lie about this, even in the manual.

Now, the positive. To my surprise THESE SOUND AWESOME!!! I finally understand what the audiophiles talk about when they say you can hear each instrument individually and crisply.

I agree that this headset is very well designed and quite comfortable to wear. When I first paired it with my smartphone and with my Bluetooth transmitter attached to my home sound system, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of sound. And then on the second day something happened, and the set got stuck in the "on" position, with a steady green light on, not connecting to anything and not responding to the multifunction button. So basically I had to wait until it discharged completely, recharged it again, and only then the unit began responding. However, being unable to turn an electronic unit off is simply not an acceptable situation to me, so I had to return the product. If not for this very strange malfunction, I would be recommending this headset.

I purchased this Headset to use with an Acer W700 tablet and had to return them. When they worked the sound was really good and I loved listening to music on them. There was plenty of bass and they fit well onto my large head. Unfortunately, most of the time I had issues getting them to connect properly and 90% of the time when they did connect, the sound was muffled and distant. I tried messing with settings on both the headphones and tablet but nothing worked. In order to get good sound most of the time I had to disconnect and reconnect the headphones over and over until I had a good connection. Oddly, sometimes when I had a good connection, I would hear random pops and dropouts in the music.

Thinking it may have been a fault with the tablet I tried connecting the headset to my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone and was met with the same results. It would connect and sound perfect about 10% of the time but most of the time it was tinny and distant.
Sadly these were not the only issues with the headset. Every once in a while the connection would be lost and the headset would get stuck in some weird mode with the lights flashing and I would have to reset the headset. Unfortunately, resetting did not always work and you had to let the battery die before you could get the unit working again. This happened about 4 times in two weeks, very irritating.

After 2 weeks of being frustrated by connection issues I had to return the headset. If you have an Acer W700 or Samsung Galaxy S3 I would look elsewhere.
