Scratched Lids, Wrong Item Count & Missing Items

I rarely write negative reviews but this order felt like an overly negative experience unfortunately. Upon arrival, I only received 30 jars (had paid for 42c). Also, the order did NOT have any of the other items listed in the amazon listing (was missing the funnel, ALL plastic caps, brush, and labels)

As for the jars themselves, all lids were scratched up fairly badly as there was no foam padding that protected the caps from the bottom of the cardboard box. Since I wanted to give them as gifts, there is no way that I'd gift something that looks used and banged up.

Overall would not recommend. Super disappointed. I've purchase from other companies before and had a much better outcome.

I got in a set, and immediately had to throw a few away. I'm a professional organizer, and some of the glass had black spots in the glass. Not dirty, not anything that could be washed off, but just black stuff in the glass! I cannot in good conscience offer this to a client with inconsistent asthetics. The ones that are in good shape, seem to be in good shape, but I was also disappointed in the lids. They're very flimsy and do not screw on smoothly. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

Aside from missing a few jars I am happy with the price and quality. It wasn’t worth returning the entire shipment over this, but still left a bad taste in my mouth. My hope is that the vendor will see this and hire people who can count wherever they are packed.

These jars were great! They came on time and all in one piece. I used them to finally organize my and my fiancé’s spice cabinet.
They were able to hold a pretty standard amount for spice jars. The little labels were a life saver because my hand writing is honestly horrible. The labels also reminded me of spices that I was missing so I could add them to my next shopping trip.
I also loved the blank labels included. I used a small label maker to put words right over the black circles given to create a feeling of uniformity.
They also came with a little blue flexible silicone funnel to help get all the spices into the jars without any spillage and shaker tops in various different sizes and pore spouts.
All in all I am very satisfied with this purchase and will order more in the future as my spice cabinet grows.

They came well packaged. Received all 42 jars and none were broken or scratched etc.
The labels are great. Many diffrent spices listed and multiples for your common ones like salt and pepper.
I didnt think I would use 42 jars, but I used them all.
The little brush makes it easy to wash them and although the funnel is silicone and needs washing after each use, it made the transfer of spices less messy.
Would recommend and buy again.

I installed three shelves over my stove, which I purchased from IKEA and I was able to fit all 42 jars.
