Thea (Lindsay Lohan) is stuck in a dead-end job that she can't afford to lose. To stay employed, she fakes a pregnancy, and now she's milking her one big lie for everything it's worth. But faking this pregnancy is going to make giving birth look easy. Chris Parnell and Cheryl Hines also star in this hilarious comedy.

Whatever her press, Lindsey Lohan delivers a great performance in The Parent Trap, Freaky Friday, Mean Girls, and now Labor Pains. This is a REALLY smart and funny film--well worth seeing and far better than the usual comedic maternity genre. Rest of cast is excellent, as well. Haven't heard of Lara Shapiro before, but i want to see anything else she's written or directed. Gold!

The problem here is that if you go in thinking this movie is going to be slapstick comedy, it's not. The comedy is very low key. Somebody mentioned the humor was like Working Girl which I agree. There are no belly laughs here. If you watch the movie with that mind set, it's an o.k. movie, but it seems more serious than funny. T.C.

A typical ABC Family movie. You can pretty much guess the outcome of this movie and I had no desire to watch it again. It's one of those see it just to see it movie. Premise: Lindsay's about to get fired- says she's pregnant so she won't get fired- at the end they find out she was faking- but then they all love her anyways and she becomes really pregnant.

Lindsey L is not my favorite actress, but she really was quite hilarious in this well written and stylish film. I really enjoyed the story and really laughed at a number of scenes, especially the birthing class scene. The supporting cast is suburb and Cheryl Hines is particularly hilarious. Chris Parnell is very strong and the setting is true LA at its best. I particularly loved the sound track and story line. I am now a fan of Lindsey's and highly recommend this fun film for any group of expecting women looking for a laugh.

I was bored and thought okay I will watch this even thought it is an older film. It was funny I laughed through it and enjoyed it., Usually I just use these kind of films as back ground noise but I didn't do that this time. I would watch it again.

I had never seen this movie before, but couldn't beat the price! Lindsay Lohan is in it so you know what kind of acting to expect. However I was suprised that I actually enjoyed most of this movie. In order to save her job she pretends to be pregnant and does not know when to stop the lie.

I can't help but watch the Queen of All Train Wrecks, Lindsay Lohan. What people forget in all of her drama is that she is actually a good actress. This is not a great film by any means, but it is entertaining. Lohan still has her comedic timing and plays well off the other characters. If you are a Lohan fan, of course you should see this. If you like funny stuff, you might like it too.

I've always been a fan (regardless of her legal troubles) of Lindsay so I ordered this to add to my collection of her movies. This wasn't her best...nor was it her worse. This is when her "bad habits" really started to form because before this...she was always on time to her interviews/photo shoots/casting calls/roles...after this she started to show up late or drunk or just not at all...so is this the movie that got her in a rut? who knows...it's Lindsay.
