After purchasing one of the silver ones to compare, I'm now bumping this up to a 5 star item. I'm knocking 1 star for the confusing stock photos which implies you're getting 3 lifts. You're only getting one, and now I know there is a reason these blue ones are more expensive. The build quality is thicker and superior. Just look at the stock photos carefully and compare. The silver ones have thin tops and rails. It just made me appreciate this blue one that much more. And the fact that I got it in the Warehouse for $26 is a bargain for a 8x8.

Picture shows 3 lifts, so what the heck, lets see if this listing will pleasantly surprise me. I'm sad to report there was only 1 lift in the package, the 8x8. So that eliminates the "bang for your buck" aspect of this listing. In terms of quality, I like it. But I'm not sure it's twice as good as other 8x8's. I see others in the $20 to $30 range. So I wouldn't pay $52 for this. I got it in the Amazon Warehouse for $26, and I was hoping for 3 lifts. LOL! Someone else returned it cause they probably thought they were getting 3 lifts too.
In terms of quality, I like it. It seems well made. I'm not buying this for a laboratory or scientific experiment, so I can't speak to that aspect. I basically need something to give support to long pieces of wood when I'm using the drill press. For example, I would support a very long 2x4 with other pieces of scraps on top of a nearby table. This lift will help me be 100% level instead of guessing with multiple scraps and books. So now I just need to research and see if this lift, which retails for $52, is really higher quality than the 8x8's that sell for between $20 to $30.
