We have two of these so far at our company both in RAID mode. We use them as a back-up solution for our servers using a sync software and have yet to have any problems with them. Will definitely purchase more in the future.

SHORT & SWEET: This device does exactly what it is designed to do, does it inside a well made substantial case and is available at a very affordable price.

PS: they were very quick with the delivery.

Arrived in good condition and works as advertised. I would recommend it to others. Shipping from the seller was prompt. Had my first experience with Lacie support getting a failed drive replaced and the second drive in the RAID array kept working while I went through the process of replacing it. New drive just plugged straight into the array and rebuilt itself without interrupting service to the drive. Nice.

Easy setup and works well. Only gripe is the Blue Light is on most of time or blinking - but its not a bog deal. There's software to turn this off- but found it must be running in background to keep the light off. Should also say the phone support has been excellent. Have called them a couple of times and they are always quick to solve my questions.
