My daughter has a few of these mini's and this one is just adorable. The accessories don't "do" anything, but she has enough imagination that she doesn't even know that. She enjoys them as much as Polly pockets or Littlest Pet Shops. We purchased ours at a retail store without the "inflated pricing" that sellers can sometimes have here...

She really enjoys this playset. As far as the house goes, this house is sturdier than any other cardboard packaging we have received. LPS often come with cardboard accessories that don't last a day, and we end up throwing them out. This little house is really quite sturdy and the fact that you could save each house and let each little doll have it's own "place" seems to be cute. The house is actually quite sturdy. I didn't expect it to be kept, but since it is nicely made, so far it has hung around :)

I do LIKE that the doll's legs bend and aren't floppy like the others, because she can actually sit on the pieces from other sets, like the bed and the tea party chairs, which the floppy dolls can't do. I wish they were all like this one! Overall, it keeps her happy, quiet, and the pieces are small and portable, great for in mom's purse or in the church bag or at the doctor's office. No noises from these toys, except for the tiny whispers that she emits when acting out scenes with them. They are a hit here.

This one mini lalaloopsy is different than the other minis! This one is in pj's and so the legs are not loose and floppy just jointed. My daughters ages 8 and 9 love the other minis. They are so cute. They love rag dolls because they are so floppy and these dolls are just the same but plastic! Just a bit bigger than polly pockets. Their legs swing freely, heads bobble, and their arms can be twisted-all except for this ones whose head only bobbles. All the dolls seem very well made and durable. They were their favorite toy this Christmas! However, I agree with the other reveiws that you shouldn't pay more than retail of $6.99 at TRU because the doll is really all you get. The house is cardboard packaging and the accessories are not exciting. The dolls are just great for play and travel size.

Oh, poor sweet litte Pillow! This Lalaloopsy Mini is doomed, which is sad because she is the cutest of them all. My gentle and careful daughter tried to adjust Pillow's legs into sitting position, and one of her legs snapped completely off at the hip. Apparently, the "joint" is a tiny thing, and in comparison to the doll's thigh, it doesn't securely anchor the leg when moved. I repeatedly tried gluing the leg back on with every single kind of glue, but it won't remain in place! I even tried Super Glue. So now, Pillow is my little desk mascot.

I contacted MGA about this, and their attitude initially was "too bad, so sad." I remained steadfast about getting a replacement Pillow, asking to correspond with management on this issue. Finally, a rep said that I needed to send in a photo as proof of the wounded toy, and they would replace it as a ONE TIME courtesy. So I got a replacement, but I stress to my daughters to be very ginger in handling her. Which makes it not too fun to play with. If your dolly breaks, definitely don't give up on MGA. They aren't all that easy to deal with, but they aren't horrible either.

I think that the mini Pillow Featherbed would be fine for very careful, older children~ or better yet, just for collecting. The company really needs to improve the engineering of this mini style. I noticed that there are a lot of other newer minis with these anchored hips, and I am wary of buying them because of Pillow's dilemma.

No doubt any child who loves Lalaloopsy dolls will enjoy playing with this toy, however, it is not worth anything close to what I've seen it being sold for ($10-$25?!?!).

This toy is the size and quality of a toy that comes with fast food restaurant meals, honestly. It should be sold for no more than $4, and even that price is a bit high in my opinion.

The "reusable" box/house it comes with is flimsy cardboard, not unlike any box that any other toy comes in, only they are spinning it as a play house for this mini doll.

I bought several of the mini Lalaloopsy sets for my twin 6 year old daughters because they have the larger dolls and adore them. I didn't have them out of the packaging more than an hour before one of the legs snapped off of the Pillow Featherbed doll. My daughter wasn't playing rough with it either. She was quite upset and now my girls don't want to play with them, for fear the others will break as well. Now they'll just end up sitting on a shelf in their room.

I agree with others about the packaging. It's difficult to open and the "house" is just flimsy cardboard.

These dolls are cute to collect, but I doubt they'd hold up to much play without breaking.
