They fit great and have a good inseam with them. He is over six feet tall and has long legs, and they are still long enough for him. If you have a shorter inseam you may need to get them hemmed.
We have purchased several colors of scrubs for him and this is our first time buying white ones. The fabric is a nice thickness and still soft, but as with any white fabric you need to watch what color of undergarments you wear.
They are easy to launder and we have not needed to use bleach. I really hate bleach, and so we have been using an oxi type product to help keep them a bright white.
You really can't go wrong with Landau scrubs! We have purchased so many other brands and they just don't last or have a bad fit. Landau has always surpassed our expectations

I have had issues with other scrubs suppliers where the garment is just huge and made of lightweight cheapo material. I consider myself to be pretty average height and weight at 5'10" and 200 lbs. For street trousers I usualy wear a 29-30 inch inseam with a 40 inch waist in "fasion" sizes (department store sizes), but my actual waist measurement is 42. I bought the size "large-short" and they are a good fit. The length on me comes down to and touches my shoe, but doesn't catch. I could wear an inch chorter here, but I do n't feel I need to hem these. A big plus. I got navy blue and the color is a fairly true.
The waist band has elastic in it, but also a draw string to cinch it up a bit. The draw string is actually a substantial 3/4 inch wide fabric tape. Above the fly, where you usually would find a button closure in street trousers, the waist band is continuous.
The fly is a real bonus for us men. Hoowever it does have a properly constructed zipper flap over it, so any women considering these scrubs wouldn't mind having it either since the fly isn't any more obvious than any normal pair of chinos or jeans.
The pockets are handy too; A back pocket with a button closure, and 6 side pockes; two "patch pockets" on each leg which are stacked on top of one another as cargo pants are, and two deep "slash pockets," one on each leg. They are all deep enough to be actually useful for carrying things.
All the seams are well made. There are no loose threads and definately no raw edges of material to unravel. Even the top edges of the pockets are hemmed over nicely in this manner, and the pocket bottoms have no loose material or threads to catch stuff. Often times garment makers cut corners on construction details like this and leave you with a handful of threads every time you reach into your pocket. Not these scrubs!
I only bought one pair because I wasn't sure how they wouold fit and if I would like them, but I love them and you can be sure I will be buying more.
On the pro side of things these scrubs were inexpensive and seemed to be of fair quality. The stitching seemed fine, and I had no complaints with the workmanship. These scrubs also have a functional design, with bilateral slash pockets and cargo pockets, all of which are of a functional size. I could easily drop my trauma shears, some saline flushes, a pen light, a notepad, a few pens, and IV caps in just the cargo pockets alone and still have room to spare. Also on the pro side, these have a zip fly which is a big selling point for half the population.
On the con side, these scrubs had a very strange fit. I'm more on the long-waisted side of things already, but I could have pulled these scrubs up nearly to my navel and still had plenty of room "down there." I actually had to roll the waistband over twice just to get these pants to sit correctly on my hips. Also on the down side, these were a little tight across the hips. They fit fine in the waist and thigh, but the hips were fairly snug. Now I am on the more average-to-athletic side of the spectrum when it comes to body shape, so someone who is fairly thin would probably have no problems with these. But if you've got a butt, the regular might not be for you. A final con was that the fabric seemed to attract lint like no other. I've tried scrubs from cherokee, wonderwink, barco, dickies, and carhartt just to name a few, and none of them attracted lint like these landau scrubs.
Overall these scrubs aren't bad, and I think they might work well for the tall/skinny types out there. But for those of us with a more average build, cherokee is probably the better choice.
