Perfect for a Photo Display Lantern

These lanterns are very well made and were also very well packaged for shipping; but most of all perfect for how I was going to use them, I wanted to insert photos on all 4 sides of the lantern and use an LED light with them for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The door of the lantern holds a 4" X 6" photo (portrait orientation) perfectly. For the other 3 sides you need a 5" X 7" photo that can be cropped to 5" X 6.25" The photos will slide right in to the metal clasps designed to hold the glass in place. I bought both the dark brown and white lanterns and chose to use a 3-light soft white LED with them which you can also get from Amazon: AGPtEK 10PCS Submersible Waterproof Round Decoration Candle Lights With 3 SMD High Brightness LED, Coin Batteries For Pond Pool Bath Outdoor Garden Bar Disco Spa Tub Decoration Wedding Xmas Floral-Warm White I am sure I will be using these lanterns both with and without photos for sometime to come - LOVE THEM!

Terrible packing for these

I ordered 1 set of 2 & one glass panel was damaged in both. I then ordered 2 more sets, made 4 more & I opened them & of 4. 3were okay but the 4 Th had TWO BROKEN glass panels. There is NOTHING TO SUPPORT GLASS INSIDE OF LATER & NOTHING SAYING "FRAGILE" ON THE OUT SIDE OF THE BOX. The prduct itself is well priced & a beautiful lantern.

Disappointed that it arrived broken and had to return. Going to try and order again, as it is exactly what I was looking for and at a good price.

Update......Recieved my second one. Luckly none of the glass was broken this time but the glass on two of the sides were loose and could have easy broke. They were easy to put back in place and was able to use. I would buy with caution!!!

Great candles for a number of uses.

I LOVE moving wick candles and own many different brands, from the very high end to the very low end. Theses are in the middle. The movable flame is nice and creates a fairly realistic look, however, the color of the flame has a very yellow glow and when mixed in with most of my others it appears almost green due to the softer colors of the other brands.
I use then in small lanterns as luminaries and use only this brand at one time. As long as they aren't near the others they look great.
I ran one continuously to test the battery life. It ran for approx 40 hours before the flame started to blink and ran another 12 hour with the flame blinking until it finally died completely. Battery is easy to buy and change.
Great deal for the price of these.

What I love about this lantern, as opposed to other products, is that it's empty and you can put whatever you want inside. I like the opportunity for creativity. It's a great size, durable, and can be placed on a flat surface or hung up. I will definitely be purchasing more.

Really nice and simple lanterns. They came packed really well and seem to be built pretty good. Better built than I expected honestly. They fit a 3" wide x 4" tall candle perfect and could accommodate a slightly larger one if needed. I bought these to hang in the garden for some nice light and to keep the mosquito away with citronella candles.
