Just arrived today and I am very happy with it so far. Nice and lightweight, and I love the design. For size comparison, that is a 13" macbook air in the photo. Fits nicely with some extra space, so a larger laptop should fit okay.

I saw some reviews on this lap desk, and other designs of it, that said the surface was slippery and a computer or ipad would fly off. That is not my experience. I did a tip test, and I could tilt the desk up a decent amount before my computer started slipping, much farther than I would ever tip it while using it.

Fits comfortably in my lap sitting cross-legged, legs down, or reclining, and it's very nice having the gap on the bottom to let air through.

Update after using it a few times: the surface does get a bit more slippery after having a warm computer on it a few times, but still not so much that a device would go flying off without actually flinging the whole thing.
