Great fan for indoor cycling training. I wish I would have spent the extra money on a controllable fan where I can select the speed remotely, though. The downside to this one is that if you set it to level 3, it's way too much until you're good a buried into your workout. All in all, it has a nice tight band of air that I can direct onto my torso. Somewhat quiet for the amount of air it moves.

They are pretty quiet for the amount of air they blow. I have never had a fan blow so much air. My guest room does not have a/c and I believe that this is going to help out a lot. I have no complaints.

I bought this fan at the beginning of May and it worked for less then 4 months. It developed and grinding/scrapping sound that is so loud and worrisome that it renders it borderline unusable.

I reached out to Lasko directly via their website requesting assistance a week ago and have received no response. I'm guessing that I purchased at defective one, given the generally positive reviews, and I was happy enough with the fan while it worked. I am hoping that the company will notice this review and reach out to resolve my issue.

Edit: While I won't claim that they were fast, I will say that Lasko's customer service did make my situation right. They sent a complete replacement after I answered some questions. The replacement fan seems to work fine, so I am reasonably satisfied with the result. Updating the review to a 4 out of 5 since the fan still broke and the issue took a decent amount of time to resolve.

So I decided to give my smaller version of this fan by same company to my son and upgrade to this one. This is actually more quieter than the next size and the air flow is awesome. If anyone looking for a fan for when they sleep to move airflow from the other side of the room to over the bed, then this is your replacement fan.

Bought this thing after reading rave indoor cycling reviews. Oh boy, this baby does not disappoint. 3 settings to choose from, the lowest is pretty powerful so it *may* be too much for some people. However, highest power is extremely strong and very welcome in tough workouts. Zwift racing has never been better. I might get 2, maybe even 3! My eyes water from it's power, but oh boy she blows like a pro. 10/10 would recommend. I just wish she cooked me breakfast and walked my dog the next day :(

For the price this is an excellent Fan. I use it for indoor cycling and really mostly on low speed. I plugged it into a remote controlled plug and start it up 10 mins into my ride when I start to overheat. Noise is fairly low and after 5 mins you really don't notice it. The fan pivots so you can get the air pointed in the exact location.
I like this fan so much I will be buying another one for my wife's trainer setup. At more than half the price of the wahoo fan and really does the same thing.

Fan blows a lot of air at high velocity right at you. Unlike open fans which produce a disbursed air flow, this fan's output is very directional. You get a lot of air flow right where you want it. I liken it to being in a wind tunnel, but that's an exaggeration. Highly recommended if you are indoors on a bike trainer or treadmill.
