Naruto and Hinata approach this next stage with trepidation and find their progress stalled when a mysterious and dangerous man appears with a disturbing message: the end of the world is upon them. Once again Naruto and his friends are sent to investigate and stop the impossible, a falling moon! What is the tragic fate that connects this disaster with Hinata's Hyuga Clan? And to what lengths will Naruto go to speak the words that will change his life? One note: the short film of the day Naruto becomes Hokage is NOT on the blu-ray. Just FYI there. I had read that they showed it with the film in theaters and thought it would be on the blu-ray.
That is.... until I found out about the Last. The final mission for the end of Naruto and his journey. Which was indeed love. I decided to give this movie a good especially after Kishimoto message that stated that this movie was between 699 and 700. After watching it, I only had one thing to say. That It a very good movie. A lot better then Road to Ninja and most of the other movies that have shown recently for Naruto. Sadly, a lot of fans are still upset because Sakura didn't end up with Naruto, which it wasn't going to happen because kishimoto states it himself that Sakura was a big sister to Naruto, and her feelings for Sasuke remain strong and the same throughout the entire show. Kishimoto even stated himself that he was too embarrassed to write a love story so he and other staff members made this movie instead, and the best part of all my dear friends. it all canon. And the relationship between Naruto and Hinata has been there from the start on the manga. Heck, even her name means "Towards the Sun". Naruto and her concept art was before Sasuke or Sakura even. Kishimoto pick her cause he even stated himself that before Iruka, Hinata was always the one that acknowledge from the start of the series and they were simply meant to be.
This movie just shows that bond that has always been there and just shows that Naruto is indeed an idiot (For not realize it sooner even after her confession during the Pain arc! Jeez Naruto! Who would confess their love for you and almost die for you if she didn't "Love" you like you do your ramen.) and Sakura being awesome to show him the way. She was very important in the movie for Naruto and Hinata and she was very great for the story of "love". For love was something that makes Sakura for who she was. She even tells him why Naruto loved her. It was because of his rival towards Sasuke. The fight was great, animation was well done and it was a very happy moment for Naruto that many fans wanted to see. Him, not being alone, him becoming hokage and living his dream. Hinata connection with Naruto has also been there since that fight with Neiji. Neji dying further to show that, and it shows how they get along very well with one another and i wouldn't see it any other way. If anything, there is a lot of romance but action as well and it well done. So if your into that or just want to see Naruto "Become a man" Then I say give it a go. For it's a very good movie. Enjoy.
