I gigged with the founding drummer of Lynyrd Skynyrd for over 20 years in Atlanta. I had tons of access to the original band that survived the fatal plane crash in 1977 when they regrouped in 1987.That being said....Gary Rossington is the last standing member of the band...and Rickey Medlocke is a cousin of the band from the beginning.So...the reason I purchased this was to hear and see Gary and Rickey....the rest if the band besides Gary's wife Dale...are here guns....good....but still hired players.I was there in 1987 when they regrouped and its nice to see them go out with their boots on and Gary and Rickey at the top of "their game".

That being said....Gary Rossington is the last standing member of the band...and Rickey Medlocke is a cousin of the band from the beginning.
So...the reason I purchased this was to hear and see Gary and Rickey....the rest if the band besides Gary's wife Dale...are here guns....good....but still hired players.
I was there in 1987 when they regrouped and its nice to see them go out with their boots on and Gary and Rickey at the top of "their game".
Not the originals...but it will do.

So imagine my surprise when the dvd played on my PS4. So it can’t be a region 1.
Having seen the London date of this tour. It is great listen to this and remember that night.
