Full of details of an elite plan, driven forward by the Council on Foreign Relations and other interested parties, to have slave/near slave labor in China and Far East manufacture goods,carry the products across the ocean on carrier ships holding 12,500 20' containers, dock in non-unionized Mexican Pacific ports (to bypass unionized dockworkers in US). The containers would then be loaded onto Mexican trucks and railroads, with Mexican drivers, to go thru the US-Mexico border and into US and/or on to Canada. The Mexican infrastructure would be paid for by a proposed $400 billion Mexican investment fund over 20 years.
The US would not have its own unique borders. The borders would be replaced with a North American Union perimeter which would provide "security and prosperity". People would pass between Canada, US, and Mexico with biometric IDs or Trusted Traveler passes. The highways and railroads from Mexico to US would travel on a Trans-Texas corridor, 400 yards wide, cutting thru over 500,000 acres of Texas farm and ranchland, claimed thru eminent domain. Because of the Supreme Court decision, Kelo vs City of New London, 2005, eminent domain can be used to seize private property from US citizens to benefit a private corporation. Public Private "partnerships" would transform public goods, such as highways, schools, hospitals, which have already been paid for by US taxpayers, into being leased by private investors who will charge tolls, fees, and profits from common goods.
