About the Author
Hadley Hoover has lived in each locale of the books she writes, finding on-site research (or friends willing to come to the rescue with fast-facts!) best suits her writing style. Born and raised in wintry states, she was delighted to marry a Californian in 1979 and basks in the geographical rewards that have accompanied her vows over the years.
She put her college English major to use, teaching for several years, but gravitated toward her Library Science minor for a variety of positions in school, public, college, and medical libraries. Along the way, she earned two Master of Arts degrees, in Education and Library Science, from the University of Minnesota. Hadley has also worked as editor for the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
