Great leaders are born and great leaders are developed.
Leadership is a true calling. It can be hard to define as it means different things to different people, yet when we meet a leader, we recognize them right away.
For the entrepreneur, business owner or employee trying to rise up the corporate ladder, there are valuable lessons contained within this book. Using an interview format, the book profiles 5 leaders from different industries. You will see the divergent paths these leaders took to achieve their leadership roles, and be able to use some of their actions as a blueprint to apply to your own leadership path.
Business Leadership Blueprints - 5 Unique Leaders
The five leaders profiled in this book - Jeffrey M. Bloom, EJD, Blane Friest, Todd Herschberg, Laura J. Lieff, Jane Tabachnick - come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. They have taken different paths to become the leaders they are today, yet in them you will also see the common traits that these leaders, and all leaders have - they set direction and help themselves and others to do the right thing to move forward. To do this they create an inspiring vision, and then motivate and inspire others to reach that vision.
The 5 interviewees all have services to offer that require a deep client focus and an understanding of specific and unique client needs. A drive to serve and help their audience solve some of their greatest challenges has propelled each of these leaders to personal success. In every case, their success means their clients achieve success. Another ingredient in all cases is drive and ambition. They set out with a goal and succeeded by dint of will power, talent, and dedication to their cause.
There are lessons in there chapters that will serve as inspiration and paths to your own leadership.
