Editorial Reviews

Review

“This is an excellent and comprehensive survey of a subject greatly in need of attention by the governmental and legal communities. Much has been written about the effects of climate change and our need to take steps to alleviate them. In contrast, how the world may adapt to climate change has till now received far less analysis. This work goes far to fill that gap. . . . The book is clearly written and thorough, and should prove a fine work for students, practitioners, and government officials.”—Philip Weinberg, St. John’s School of Law, New York
