Torts exams are touchy-feely and your essay answers have to be geared toward your professor. That being said, 1L torts are survey courses which can cover a huge area of case law. These flash cards helped me memorize a large number of concepts correctly in a very short period of time. After cramming with these cards, I was able to pour loads of relevant information into the issue-spotting portion of my exam.
One word of caution . . . It's important to listen to your professor. Some of the content, while maybe "correct," was not in line with my professor's teaching. Undoubtedly, your professor will disagree with some minor point of law presented in these cards.

This book is the absolute truth. It followed my professor's teachings, and breaks the elements down so simply. It's definitely a must have. Provided LOTS of clarification.Published 22 months ago by tiffany
Good stuff to help me get ready for finals.
Should have gotten them at the beginning of the semester; or earlier than I did.
Cards came in out or order, some obviously had been drenched in water, still yet others were missing all together. Terrible.Published on December 6, 2009 by Michael Tracey
