My grilling skills are passed down from my father who is the grill-MASTER! If there's a maranate involved, it's one story; but if ther's no maranate involved, the simplistic flavor you get from ANY meat, foul or fish you happen to throw over the coals is not complete before using the recommended PAIR of Lawry's Seasoned Pepper and Lawry's Seasoned Salt! Period. Almost without exception, my guests won't add anything additional, because it just turns out perfect EVERYTIME! Thus the:'I Wouldn't Use "Nothin'" Else!'

I'm sure you've heard of Lawry's seasoning salt before if not, you don't know what you've been missing. It's a great multipurpose spice for chicken, beef, pork, you name it. It adds a kick to anything your cooking. Not too spicey, and not to salty but just the right amount. We love Lawry's!!!

Doesn't seem rational to buy something like this from Amazon but when you can't find it locally what are you to do? Great quantity and a reasonable price with Amazon prime "free shipping" Win/Win... I use this to make Chex Mix at Christmas and I make a ton of it thus the reason for such a large container. I have found that Lawry's makes a 25% less sodium version which I like much better than the original.

I can't believe I actually bought this stuff in the stores. They charge half as much for less than a quarter of the product.

Because it was soo expensive, I started buying proprietary blends of "seasoning salts" from spice sites around the net. Most of them were good and were comparable in price, but none of them were exactly what they were trying to emulate: Lawry's.

Finally, I decided to check back to Amazon to see what the real stuff cost. I was shocked to find out that I was paying the same or more for imitation products. I immediately bought it and have never looked back.

If you've never had Lawry's, you're in for a real treat. Many recipes call for "seasoning salt." Well, they are generally referring to "Lawry's' without mentioning the name. You can pretty much sprinkle this stuff on anything. It is great on fries; I mix it with flour and bread crumbs to coat chicken, It could probably be substituted for poultry seasoning.

Thanks to LAWRY'S® and BzzAgent, I receive a free sample of this seasoning salt received the product as part of a promotion. I don't think I have ever purchased the seasoning salt before but I am not a stranger to it as my mom use to use it growing up. She stopped when my father started having high blood pressure so I haven't had it since.

I used it on everything for the past 3 weeks and honestly, I LOVE IT! I have used it on stew, soup, turkey burgers, hamburgers, and shrimp and grits. I have been using Trader Joe's and Costco's non-salt seasoning and sea salt as my seasoning of choice but since i have received it I have been using just this. My husband said he can taste the difference in the food as well. In 3 weeks the 8 oz bottle has been used up and I just recently purchased another. I am surprised on how cheap the seasoning is but very glad of that.

The 4 star rating rather than 5 stars is only because it does have a lot of salt. Although when I went to purchase another one I noticed they sell a Low sodium bottle which is a good idea but i wonder how it taste.

I received Lawry's Seasoned Salt from BzzAgent free to use and share my thoughts about it. It's been years since I used Lawry's seasoned salt, and I am so glad that I've had the chance to use it again. It will be a staple in my kitchen from now on. It just makes everything taste so good without adding in a lot of extra anything. There's no need to add a whole lot either. Just a little bit, and I am on my way to making a wonderfully flavored meal for my family. The best compliment I had was from my mother-in-law who is super picky with seasonings. She absolutely loved the new seasoning I had. She said it was perfect! We've used it in just about everything from chicken to hamburgers to all of our veggies so far. Lawry's just brings out the best flavor in anything I cook, and it's so good. I love the price also. A little goes a long way, so a couple of dollars for a bottle is a really good deal. No need to spend a fortune, when Lawry's is perfect. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to put a little flavor back into their mealtime.

This is the 'go-to' spice for many uses in the kitchen. For the perfect single condiment for fries, steaks, and most fried foods, season salt, and Lawry's in particular, is the one.
A minor quibble: because of the nature of this mix, it is subject to congealing if not stored in the fridge or in dry climates. I live in Florida and after one week in the warm, humid kitchen, the season salt was a solid block and had to be thoroughly broken apart to be usable. The cure for that is, again, refridgerate it or break it up. (Break-up takes a second: put the reverse end of a spoon or fork into the congealed season salt container, then twist it until the congealed mass is a powder again...)

I have been purchasing this product for many years and was lucky enough to recently receive a free sample being a Bzz Agent.
I have always been a huge fan of Lawry's. Lawry's Seasoning Salt was a staple in our house growing up and it continues to be with my current family. My favorite food is stuffed green peppers and I can not eat them without Lawry's celery salt because of how much it enhances the flavor. Also if you enjoy seasoned fries like Red Robin or Texas Corral, use Lawry's seasoning salt on fries made at home. Delicious! I use this to season steaks, hamburgers, and a very long list of things.

Bottom line is Lawry's is a brand you can trust. Try and and you won't be disappointed!
