Lazlo Ferran: Exploring the Landscapes of Truth.
Educated near Oxford, during English author Lazlo Ferran's extraordinary life, he has been an aeronautical engineering student, dispatch rider, graphic designer, full-time busker, guitarist and singer, recording two albums. Having grown up in rural Buckinghamshire Lazlo says:
"The beautiful Chiltern Hills offered the ideal playground for a child's mind, in contrast to the ultra-strict education system of Bucks."
Brought up as a Buddhist, he has travelled widely, surviving a student uprising in Athens and living for a while in Cairo, just after Sadat's assassination. Later, he spent some time in Central Asia and was only a few blocks away from gunfire during an attempt to storm the government buildings of Bishkek in 2006. He has a keen interest in theologies and philosophies of the Far East, Middle East, Asia and Eastern Europe.
After a long and successful career within the science industry, Lazlo Ferran left to concentrate on writing, to continue exploring the landscapes of truth.

Blog post— Omah needs a shave. — “I need a shave.”

She tugged on the collar of his jumpsuit.
“Oh no! You’re not getting me naked that quick.”
“Ha! You’ll see us naked before too long. Don’t be shy.”
“No!”
“Alright! Just strip to the waist then.”
Omah unfastened the sticky front tab and peeled the smooth, metallic top down to his waist, rubbed his bare chest out of embarrassment and gave Archivist a lopsided grin.3 years ago Read more -
Blog post— Mesago meets slavegirl Brenda and Omaya has to whip slavegirl Tina when she sneaks into his room, late one night. — Omaya raised the whip and struck again, this time on the narrow part of her back, just above her hips. She let out small cry and shuddered. Omaya struck her until he had counted to ten, by which time red marks lined her back from her shoulder blades to the base of her spine. Omaya could resist no longer.
“Turn over!” he ordered.
“Yes master.”

John Wilmot, 2nd Earl of Rochester, vampire, notorious womaniser and author of erotic poetry, visits Bolsover Castle to take part in an occult ritual, a journey into Hades, the Underworld, to retrieve a great lost treasure in this paranormal thriller.
There is just one problem:
The treasure is guarded by Lilith, succubus and the Great Witch of Hades, and John will have to outwit her twelve times in a struggle of military prowess and bravery, using twelve medieval weapons.
John also has to endure the attentions of twelve beautiful demon women, set by Lilith to trap him, before he can finally reach the mysterious treasure.
He leaves behind him an account of his adventure and only three clues to the location of his grave.
John Wilmot, famous writer of 17th Century erotic poems and subject of the film The Libertine, starring Johnny Depp, makes an intriguing subject for this tale of the occult paranormal.
If you love fun and often racy occult thrillers and want to win £500, have a go at solving the riddle of Vampire – Find my Grave!
Solve the puzzle and WIN £500!!
Includes Chapter One of Ordo Lupus and the Temple Gate.
Categories: free, puzzle, thriller, vampire, erotic, fun, humor, racy, action, comedy, England, witch, historical, paranormal, , demons, dragons, Greek, suspense, mystery.
The author on the Ordo Lupus and the Blood Moon Prophecy series:
My own family's roots, uncovered over ten years, had led me to one Guillaume; a Chevalier (Knight) in 13th Century Languedoc, France; my earliest ancestor. Simultaneously, I had pursued a theological interest in the Cathars, first through reading a number of books about the Knights Templar and Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code and later, an interest in Monségur and the Rennes-le-Château, near where the lost treasure of the Cathars is said to be hidden.
Around the same time I was starting this work, my interest in the paranormal became focused around reincarnation and lycanthropy (werewolves and vampires). I have always loved old Hammer Horror films and particularly the work of Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing. I have also always been interested in luck, and the constant battle between good and evil, light and dark, and yin and yang; who isn't? My own luck seems to run in phases of waves; periods of days or even weeks of good luck, followed by periods of very bad luck. I mused that some people have luck so bad that it kills them, whereas others seem to lead a charmed life. I decided that my main character, as well as being physically imperfect, must have some kind of rare interaction with luck and the forces of good and evil.
From there, I developed the idea that in fact both Satan and God might both have one hand on the tiller of luck.
I knew the main character would be flawed physically and yet have strange psychic powers but only when I wrote a scene in a graveyard, Highgate Cemetery, did I know that he would also become a Secret Agent and later an amateur sleuth.
Yet another theme is Witchcraft. I have long been interested in the influence of Gurdjieff and Mdm. Blavatsky on modern western ideas. I also make frequent references to the Malleus Maleficarum - the witch-hunter's bible - and wicca, particularly Gardnerian wicca. You will also find references to some cult films such Eye of the Devil.

So you know you are human?
Ishmael Bodd 'wakes up' for the first time, a billion years in the future. He is a Citizen of Supercity, on Marstoo, far away from old Earth in the Universe. In his world, crime doesn't exist and Citizens only need electricity to live, whereas clones, who eat food and drink liquids, are banished to Clonecity.
But he suddenly feels compelled to commit a minor crime and goes on the run. He can never stop running until he has escaped his culture and found the reason why everything suddenly feels so 'strange' to him in this science fiction thriller.
If you like the Terminator series, Blade Runner or Greg Bear's Hull Zero Three, you will love Running - The Alien in the Mirror.
Includes Chapter One of Too Bright the Sun.
Categories: science fiction, thriller, far future, clones, androids, cyborgs, time travel, genes, genetic engineering, military science fiction.
Character interview with Jake Nanden, star of the Iron Series.
Name (s): Jake Nanden
Age: 34
Please tell us a little about yourself.
I am 5'11', dark hair, short - Army cut, slightly curly. Green eyes.
Describe your appearance in 10 words or less.
Getting middle aged, slightly paunchy with drying skin - like paper in places - except my mech arm. That's synthetic skin on there and as smooth and supple as the day it was sprayed on. I even had mine tattooed but don't tell anyone.
Would you kill for those you love?I kill every day - most days - to keep my culture intact. I would say that is killing for those I love. Of course there is a moral code... And as a soldier the moral code is almost everything. After a while... killing... it sometimes seems to be the only thing you have left. Family are too far away.
Do you like animals?
I love animals. Their love is unconditional. You can never quite be sure with humans, can you?
Do you have a family?
Ha! Ha! Yes. A test-tube. No seriously my mother - Mary, my sister Justine and a dog - a collie called Frisky. My adoptive dad was the famous robotics designer Robert R. Nanden but he's dead. My mother was his assistant and pretty accomplished at that!
Can you remember something from your childhood which influences your behaviour?
I am not sure about any of my childhood memories. They are probably all implanted. I am a replicant. The first memory I am sure about is playing on the grass with my adoptive mother watching me playing cricket.
She shouted out, "Jake! You are such a talented cyborg!"
Even at my tender age, I knew a replicant was not the same thing as a cyborg and I knew that she should know, as her first husband had been a famous robot designer. Her words had always stuck in my head.
But anyway, adoptive parents of replicant children are always told to create some vivid experience for their kid in the first few days so that the imprinting takes properly. So it's probably not significant.
Do you have any phobias?
Mirrors. Can't stand them. They make me sweat and... well, I'm very nervous around them. I avoid them.
Please give us an interesting and unusual fact about yourself.
I write books - well, I am writing my first; a detective thriller. It's kind of Raymond Chandler-ish. I call it Chandleresque, but I guess that's bad English.

Only the Vampire Priests understand the Blood Moon Prophecy: "A drop of His blood fills the cup and brings the Blood Moon Dawn."
"Lots of cool action and drew me well in." - AHF Magazine.
I, Zosimyache, mercenary of ancient Greece, wrote this.
I once asked Omacron what time seemed like for one who had survived for so long in a tumultuous world.
"Time is meaningless," he said.
"Then, what does have meaning?" I asked.
"Memory."
This, then, is the story, as recalled by me and those few Rememberers who survived the last war on Earth.
The Hole Inside the Earth is a multi-genre tale, spanning from the ancient past to the far future, whose genre strands gradually converge into an epic battle to save Earth.
See further down page for the list of genres and colours.
A gravitational rip has torn Earth's history apart; seven fragments in which two souls, Omacron and Subrisa (Omah, Omaya, Om, O'Mally, Tom, Sabrina, Bri, Brina), struggle to find each other and save the Earth. Memory is strangely affected, making people forget; forget wisdom, forget history, forget their faith, even eventually forget to drink water, bringing man to the brink of extinction.
The myths of Atlantis and the Holy Grail, as well as War and Time Travel, all get new interpretations in this epic adventure.
This tale is not entirely linear. It can best be likened to a wheel; you can choose a spoke and travel inward to the hub (Volumes), or you can explore each spoke in turn (Colours), travelling around the rim and moving gradually inward until you reach the hub.
Another way to view it is as like a tree. You might choose one branch and travel toward the trunk, or you might jump gracefully from the tip of one branch to another, exploring the canopy of the tree, gradually spiralling inward. In either case, eventually you will reach the trunk and may even perceive its roots.
It has been my experience that people's lives are not linear. Their journey is an inward one, to eventually meet other, sometimes the most unlikely, souls in a space that transcends time and space, indeed even lives.
Consequently, you can read The Hole Inside the Earth by colour stream (red, yellow etc.) or by volume (which includes every colour in order). Indeed, even if you chose to read only one colour, you will still understand the story, although I recommend including Blue, which recaps the main elements of the other colours. The colour streams loosely correspond to the following genres:
Green - Alternative History. About 3900 BC:Two Meso-American vampire princes seek the Holy Grail to save their race in Atlantis
Yellow - Alternative History. About 3850 BC: A vampire refugee from Ischian (alien) attack wanders from the desert in Ancient Egypt
Orange - Military. 1947 AD: 1947 race to recover the Nazi anti-gravity device 'Die Glocke' (The Bell) at the end of WW2
Violet - Romance and Sci-fi. About 2030 AD: A couple try to negotiate a world where contaminated water makes people forget to drink
Indigo - Romance and Alternative History. About 2200 AD: A slave fights to save a Princess on post apocalyptic Earth, where books are currency and Floyd is god
Red - Sci-fi. About 5000 AD: A quantum AI and Grand Master vanish in a chess match held to avoid war, leaving a detective stumped
Blue - Sci-fi and Romance.

Why is a notorious religious cult of assassins keeping him alive?
In this this nail-biting suspense thriller, the hero's teenage daughter is taken in a blood-thirsty murder by a giant winged serpent; her body is left mysteriously shriveled and crushed. A former WWII MI6 agent, our anonymous hero is suspected of the crime by the police and his divorcing wife.
*** Erotic Book 1, Vampire: Find my Grave is FREE ***
With strange powers of foresight, he goes on the run to clear his name. He has only one friend, a historian and member of the modern Knights Hospitaller, but with this help, he embarks on a white-knuckle ride to salvation.
In Paris, a witch servant of the mysterious Catholic assassin sect Concilium Putus Visum seduces him during his quest for the secret weapon of the Cathars. If he can solve a puzzling set of clues to find the weapon, he might kill the monster and save his marriage.
But why do the assassins and the vampire snakes seem to be protecting him? Why is his grandfather's body no longer where it should be; in his grave? What supernatural secret about the family was the old man trying to reveal to him before he died?
Lovers of Dan Brown's evocative mix of mystery and history will love this Occult Thriller - a dark and powerful, nerve-shredding tale, which neatly deftly combines crime thriller aspects with the occult and historical.

From the author:

Only the Vampire Priests understand the Blood Moon Prophecy: “A drop of His blood fills the cup and brings the Blood Moon Dawn.”
“Lots of cool action and drew me well in.” – AHF Magazine.
Find maps, mythologies, family trees (including character descriptions), background information about such subjects as agzulas, bonus chapters (already included in Volumes 1-13), music and much more in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2, volumes 16 and 17.
It has been my experience that people’s lives are not linear.
Green – Alternative History:Two Meso-American vampire princes seek the Holy Grail to save their race in Atlantis
Yellow – Alternative History: A vampire refugee from Ischian (alien) attack wanders from the desert in Ancient Egypt
Orange – Military: 1947 race to recover the Nazi anti-gravity device 'Die Glocke' (The Bell) at the end of WW2
Violet – Romance and Sci-fi:
A couple try to negotiate a world where contaminated water makes people forget to drink
Indigo – Romance and Alternative History: A slave fights to save a Princess on post apocalyptic Earth, where books are currency and Floyd is god
Red – Sci-fi: A quantum AI and Grand Master vanish in a chess match held to avoid war, leaving a detective stumped
Blue – Sci-fi and Romance: The last human wakes up on a space ship travelling away from Earth, but where is it going?
Note: Due to a slight oversight on my part, for the transition phase between Part 1 and 2 (Chapter 6 and 7) it is best to read in the following order if you are reading more than one colour (this is taken care of if you read Volume 6 and 7): Green, Yellow, Orange, Violet, Indigo, Red, Blue.
Categories: Romance, Sci-fi, Holy Grail, Atlantis, Vampires, Alternative History, Military, Distopia, Magic, Wicca, Shifter, Ancient Egypt, AI, Android, Creation Myth, WW2, Die Glocke, Plague, BDSM, Crime, Time Travel
