These chairs are OK for the price. I have 2 complaints. One of the chairs arrived with a slightly bent part. Since there was no damage to the shipping carton I can only assume someone at the factory doesn't care about the quality of their work. I had to partially disassemble the chair to straighten the piece. The other issue is the plastic they wrap around every single piece of aluminum tubing. It is totally unnecessary and took 15 minutes per chair to remove. Some of it is under hardware and can't be removed without disassembly. Ridiculous! If I had to do it over I would spend the extra money and get a brand name chair like Garelick or Todd.

Product came in the most beat up with holes box I’ve ever seen. Opened it and tears in the arm rest. For something so expensive I should have to put heavy duty tape in the armrest. Unacceptable,will be returning

The chair had decent cushion, and sturdy frame, but the armrests were too short and there was too much plastic on it. The seat had a large gap in the rear, seemed as though you could fall through the back of it, but only because Of The gap in the rear. I sent it back, but it cost half of the chairs price!!! They should have paid for a return shipping. I will never do business with them again!
