I enjoyed the results of the online survey and going back through the book to get a feeling of what the categories were all about was quite valuable. I enjoyed the format of showing (I assume) hypothetical students and what their employees said about them. The employees gave candid feedback about the managers who had the personalities that described the many strengths. All in all, for $!0 on the kindle, this was well worth the time.
