Wolpert writes an insightful book on how much church leadership has been affected by the leadership of mega organizations. He introduces the reader to helpful spiritual practices to transform christian leadership into a leadership that is different and it goes beyond the label of 'christian', and shows the way into a leadership that is totally contracultural to our western society. A deep, profound book but very easy to read.
