I have known Michael (Author) for only few months as part of his private coaching group..

Only several pages into the book, I am already impressed with the introduction of one his colleague (Ken) who was stuck @ Vancouver due to 9/11 attacks on WTC. Ken is the kind of leader I want to become and I cannot wait to *meet* other characters that Mike has in his book that I can learn from!

The 12 principles he highlighted are right on...
