Review

Kidnappings, fist fights, terrorist attacks ... take the "Leap" and you'll be with Kip as he rides Arabian steeds, jumps from bulletproof cars, crawls from dark mines, and navigates steep cliffs like no other chief marketing officer you've ever met. Most importantly, you'll learn the secrets of how to turn risks into personal growth opportunities that will enrich your life forever. Terrific book to read and live by."

Robert Chesnut, author of Intentional Integrity and former General Counsel & Chief Ethics Officer at Airbnb

This is a rare leadership book that feels like a long, delicious dinner party, and you're the guest of honor. Kip regales readers with his collection of intimate, self-deprecating, and honest stories told from his 40-year long career across 60 countries. It's the authentic guide to lifelong leadership you need now and will feel lucky to have been invited to enjoy."

Beck Bamberger, CEO of BAM Communications and Emmy winner for "Best on Air" talent

With over two decades of my life spent at the forefront of teaching how to build authentic relationships, Learn to Leap is a collection of powerful stories that effectively demonstrate what goes into creating and honoring your most critical relationships in life and at work. And on top of that ... a fun read! I highly recommend it."

Keith Ferrazzi, author of Never Eat Alone and founder/chairman of Ferrazzi Greenlight

I've known the author for over 30 years and can confirm Kip is one of the best storytellers (and marketers) I know. If you are a young professional looking for some inspiration and ideas on how to live a full life as well as create a satisfying career for yourself, search no further-this book is perfect for you."

Greg Creed, author of R.E.D. Marketing and former CEO of Yum! Brands

I've known Kip for many years, as one of the stories in here attests, and I still don't know whether things happen to Kip Knight or Kip Knight happens to things. You'll get plenty of examples of both in this book. It's a story lover's delight by a storytelling master, but not just that: underneath are many memorable and transferrable lessons of leadership. This is a wild, wonderful, and very wise read.

Stan Slap, New York Times bestselling author of Bury My Heart at Conference Room B and Under the Hood

This is a highly entertaining yet pragmatic book on what it takes to win friends and influence people in the 21st century. In a world where one is likely to face unexpected challenges and setbacks daily, Learn to Leap gives the reader just the right perspective and attitude adjustment

to keep on going no matter what happens.

Klon Kitchen, Author of The Kitchen Sync and former National Security Advisor

Kip shares some timeless principles of leadership through personal stories presented with cinematic quality and impact. There are parts of it I enjoyed immensely-his stories brought me smiles that went beyond smiling to outright laughter."

John Pepper, Former CEO of Procter & Gamble, former Chairman of the Walt Disney Company

5.0 out of 5 stars A Journey of Sage Advice That is Worth the Read!
Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on September 16, 2022
I have known Kip for 25 years and his new book 'Learn to Leap' is one of the most interesting and enjoyable reads I have had in a long time. As a master story-teller, Kip takes you through some of his most memorable, but insightful journeys he has experienced around the world. Some of the tales are scary, while others are nothing short of hilarious. In the end, the author details how each experience made him a better leader and person overall. Kip provides great advice for everyone. Definitely worth the read.
