Top Customer Reviews
If by some chance, you are interested, a few of those references of mine follow: Holistic Tarot by Benebell Wen (the book is an absolute gem filled with knowledge and is a sort of left-brain hard core reference). And I like one of Juliet Sharman-Burke's works because her interpretations/meanings ring true for me consistently. She has a book that goes along with her cards in what is titled, "Tarot: Learn How to Read the Cards" or something like that (It has interpretations on each cards, her favorite spreads, and more. And you can buy the book, at least in Kindle version anyway, without the cards.)
This book has a depth and breadth of information about the Tarot, from history all the way through to layouts and then some.
The book is easy to read and has some extremely handy summary graphics, basic meanings for all suits and cards and also provides information about hidden meanings.
No matter who you are this book will prove to be a practical resource for beginners and will contain information to enhance the skills of those who have some experience with the Tarot.
It is written in a down to earth and easy to follow manner. The author clearly has an exceptional base of knowledge and experience with the Tarot which she shares in a simple format for the reader.
I like the ease of looking for cards and amazed at the information packed in every reference. Thanks Dorothy!
