This is a book that should be mandatory reading to anyone entrusted with policy decisions affecting the future of humanity. Having worked with elected officials in both developing and developed countries, I have witnessed the lack of consideration in Strategic Foresight. True leaders should focus on the future as well as the here-and-now. Anyone interested in assuming such a role would do themselves and their constituents a great deal of good by reading, internalizing, and implementing the steps in this book. As a co-author of the Handbook of Political Marketing, I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
