Strap broken after 1 month of use- poor company communication

The bag looks great and I thought it was great quality initially. After only 1 month of use, the loop that attaches to the ring that holds the strap to the bag ripped. I contacted the company and asked if there was a warranty, they did reply and I sent them these pictures. They offered to send another bag at the beginning of 11/2020. I never received the replacement bag. And when I tried to contact them again to get a status update, I got no reply. very unprofessional in my opinion. For a real leather "handmade" bag. I would expect it to hold up better. Waste of my money, very disappointed.

Nice quality leather bag. I am happy with it and after a week of use I have the following product improvement and quality item to mention: needs some protection in the laptop sleeve at the bottom as a cushion for when you set it down. The left front pocket of the one I received is not folded uniformly as the right pocket making it appear fluted and a little cumbersome to place items into it and retrieve them back out.

I have been looking for a leather messenger bag forever and for my birthday my wife asked me what I wanted. I told her and she went to work finding this bag. After she had ordered it, I saw that one of the complaints was there was not a handle on the top. I thought to myself, well I will just get use to it. However, when I got the bag, my wife told me that they had changed the design and saw that they had that. I love this bag. I teach school and it holds all of my papers and my laptop along with the mouse and charger. I also love the color and the leather.

Third time using this product and the latch literally just fell off. Terrible quality. Unfortunately I bought it and during the pandemic haven’t needed to use it much so the return policy expired before I used it. Do not purchase.

when I opened this package, I was honestly surprised that this briefcase looks as cool as it does. I almost feel as though the pictures don’t do it justice. I bought this as a gift for my uncle who is a businessman and also an artist. As one can conclude, this briefcase and here’s to both aesthetics. it is very much “dark academia” and has a lot of storage space within the briefcase itself. this product is amazing and my uncle loved it as well. He said it was the perfect briefcase for him. :)

Love it. it was delivered so quickly. The leather looks and feels night. Exactly what I ordered. The bag with items inside, isn't really bulky, it isn't a super large bag so just the office items. love the bag so far.

UPDATE*** honestly. I love this bag. However, it isn't a large back for those who are concerned. i would say it fits my 13" macbook pro with some space. I would only say its good for that and maybe a note book or ipad. I tried my laptop with a bottle and it doesn't close right and becomes too bulky. just for those who are on the edge of purchasing this. I kinda wish i went for a larger bag.
