Leave Your Mark is a great sophmore album for SinS. Bec Hollcraft still tends to lean her music and voice in angst filled emotional projection which can get stale on some songs, but she is still maturing I think. Overall, I like her voice and she never phones in her work. She gives 200% everytime. The drummer, Drew Langan, has surprised me with this album and his ability to drive the tempo in every song. As usual, the bass and guitar work are on point and well done.

I hope to see a third album that shows more growth and thematic elements of a more mature group that has learned a lot about music and themselves.

Die CD Macht schon beim einlesen Schwierigkeiten. Sie zeigt trotz der elf Titel die sich auf der Scheibe befinden sollen 99 Titel an. Schlimmer jedoch daran ist, das sich keiner davon abspielen läßt. Die CD ist somit für die Tonne.
Falls das verhalten der CD auf einen Kopierschutz zurückzuführen ist, würde ich der Scheibe 0 Sterne zuteil werden lassen. Es findet sich auf dem gepressten Datenträger nicht ein einziger Hinweis darauf, dass diese CD keine Standard Audio CD ist die durch Schutzmaßnahmen vorm Kopieren geschützt ist. Sie verhält sich aber so.

Ich bin diesen DRM Dreck so etwas von Leid, ich könnte kotzen.
Witzigerweise kann man sich mittlerweile jeden Titel der Scheibe auf Youtube in voller Länge anhören, weshalb ich überhaupt erst dazu überging mir die CD bei Amazon zu kaufen. Als ehrlicher Kunde wird man nur verarscht.
