The Lebert Buddy System is a high quality system of straps and handles meant for two people and a total body workout. It’s unique, simple, easy to use and lightweight which means it’s perfect for training on the go. You’ll do the same type of exercises you normally do with a cable machine with the LBS, but your anchor will be a person instead of a pole. Much nicer for motivation!
