  • TESLA COMPATIBLE - The Lectron CCS to Tesla adapter is fully compatible with CCS chargers and all Tesla models that are CCS enabled (any Tesla built prior to Oct 2020 will require an ECU retrofit to be CCS enabled. Check the vehicle settings on any Tesla built after Oct 2020 to ensure CCS compatibility: Control>Software>Additional Vehicle Information> CCS Adapter Support-Check If Enabled. Any Tesla built prior to 2014 will be excluded from CCS

Lectron Charging adaptor for my Tesla works great. The fit is perfect from the charger station into the Tesla. I have yet to have any issues with any charging stations delivering a charge to the car using this adapter. I bought this to have more options when traveling longer distance. Found a Electrify America station with 350kwh and for some reason it was free charging that day when we arrived. I recommend this Lectron CCS Adapter. Going on three weeks using this charger

The other buyers were right, this product does not work at all. Charge point says waiting for EV
And Tesla shows charging error. 2018 Tesla model 3.

Edit:
OK, here's the deal folks, you MUST check to ensure your tesla is compatible with CCS but opening the Control>Software>Additional Vehicle Information screen (Shown in screenshot). I'm guessing everyone (me included) that could not use this do NOT have compatible software.

This is a WELL BUILT looking item, but it would not work for me since my Tesla is a 2018. Tesla is supposedly offering upgrade kits in March 2023. I've changed the review to 5 stars, but since I can't use it, I'm going to returning this item.
