If you like Chinese food, this sauce is perfect for barbecued baby back ribs. In addition, nothing could be easier to use - just follow the directions on the jar. Heat the oven to about 400 degrees, slather the sauce on both sides of the ribs, place on foil-covered baking pan (for easy clean-up) and bake for about 45 minutes. Halfway through, turn the ribs over so that both sides develop a crusty glaze. Absolutely foolproof.

We love this sauce for ribs. We lived in the UK for several years, and this is the sauce they used for their ribs. My son loves them and we've finally found it. We buy it every month or so... We cook the ribs in the crock pot, them put them on foil cookie sheets and slather on the sauce and bake for another hour. Fabulous!!! Thanks

I am a fan of Lee Kum Kee sauces in general as a good brand for Chinese cuisine. However this sauce is far from the authentic taste I am use to. I recommend you make your own homemade char sui sauce by looking up some recipes online. So it's okay at best, I don't plan to buy it again.

this sauce is so so. its really thick so it doenst stick well to the meat. i actually prefer the powdered char siu to this sauce. if you do use this sauce, make sure to save the left over marinade to baste the meat while cooking.
