I'm addicted

Taste is an entirely subjective experience, but when something is right for me, it's right. I've long been fond of Sriracha hot sauce, and it seems to find its way into so many of my meals. I thought I'd give the Sriracha Mayo a try, and it's even better. (In my opinion anyway...)

I know it's possible to make your own by combining store-bought or homemade mayo with Sriracha sauce, but this is rather more convenient and they got the flavor just right. Some of this on a turkey sandwich or a hot cheese-steak and I'm in heaven. It's also really good as an add-on for snacks and appetizers. Like cracker + brie + a smidge of this mayo...yum.

(On edit, October 2015: After receiving two shipments, the price of this particular size of Sriracha Mayo skyrocketed from a little over three bucks (less with Amazon S&S discount) to nearly ten. That is simply ridiculous -- and more than what I've even seen in the supermarket. Kudos to Amazon for sending me a price change alert before October's shipment was prepped. Anyway, I poked around on the site here and found a different deal for a dozen smaller 9.3oz bottles. It's way more than I need all at once, but the extras will keep in the pantry until I open them.)

Best of Two Condiments in One !! (n_n)

I did not even know such a product existed til I tried some at a buffet restaurant. I'm a fan of hot mustard and thought this was hot mustard on their condiment rack. It was delicious !! Creamy with a hint of spicy. When I looked at the bottle I was quite surprised to see that it was Sriracha Mayo and thought why doesn't more Asian restaurants offer this in their condiment racks ? I can see myself getting a bottle of this stuff and putting it on everything from my sandwiches, burgers, and just plain dipping sauce for things like chicken nuggets or even bread sticks. Whoever thought up of putting Sriracha + Mayo together is a genius !! Definitely gonna have to order me a couple of these to share with friends whom I'm sure never knew this existed as well. If you're a fan of Sriracha chili sauce ... you'll definitely love this one just as much if not more. This would be great squirted over french fries. I think it might actually out beat the In and Out Monster fries. Definitely recommend this product be tried out.

This certainly packs a punch. It is quite spicy! I love the flavor of Sriracha but it is a little too hot for me. I was hoping that it was mayo that that it would "cool" it down a bit but it doesn't it still leaves my mouth on fire. That being said, it is still very good. The only bad thing is the price. It's crazy expensive on Amazon, it was $10.99 when I ordered it but there was a coupon and then I got the 15% off for subscribe and save so it really only made it like $2.67 but without those discounts I would never pay that much for mayo.
