Since I read David Horowitz's "Radical Son" I have tried to follow his writings.
To see how a true radical leftist of the 1960's changed into a conservative, as well as to get a glimpse into the mind of a leftist of the '60's, is powerful
reading. In "Left Illusions" there are writings of David Horowitz, tracing his
evolusion. As a Jew, I was also made aware of his transformation as to how he views the State of Israel as a Conservative as opposed to how he viewed Israel as a Leftist.
If you want to know how the left thinks, and how it "never let's a crisis
go to waste", this is a book to read.
