How are ratings calculated?
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I began collecting stuff about Billy Graham when I discovered that his political journey began in London at the close of WWII. He was then a prophet of doom heralding the eventual end of the Cold War in a nuclear showdown. Then, as time went by he became this mushy sort of person who is like a non-satisfying commercial Big Mac. I am not sure that I like either Graham. If you are his fan you will buy this book to put on your coffee table. But for everyone else its not really going to tell you anything that you can't read for free on Wikipedia, including all of the errors and omissions.
