Children age 8-12 are often attracted by the world of fantasy and magic and this is also the case with Ella’s book. If you enjoy a read that will transport you in a world populated with dragons, big and small, Mother Dragons and even a Toddler Dragon, Elves too, then this book is a must read.
What sets Ella’s book apart is her very good command of the English language (considering that she was only 8 years old when she wrote this book), as well as the love and hope emerging from her writing. For Ella is not only a writer, she is a storyteller. And her voice is just as much a part of her book as her characters are. Her poetic heart and her innocent wisdom shine through every page and will stay with you long after you finished reading “The Legend of Beams”.
Looking forward to Book 2!
I am so eager to find out what happens in Book II. I fell in love with Beams. His magical powers are like nothing I had ever read and I've read a lot of books. I love The Legend of Beams! You will too!
