My daughter enjoyed reading the book quite a bit, and it will likely come back out every year for a new Halloween and Christmas tradition.
It's a fantastic story, with beautiful illustrations and a wonderful rhyming theme throughout. It feels like The Night Before Christmas, but with a spooky, Halloween spin. It delivers a perfect message to the young audience it's aimed toward about not being a bully, which is something the world desperately needs more of in these times where more and more kids are being driven to suicide, committing mass shooting crimes, or even being murdered themselves by bullies who picked on them just because they were different.
I honestly don't have the words to fully express how truly wonderful this book is, and how close to home it hits for me as a former victim of bullying myself. You simply must purchase and read it for yourself to know!
