Loose legs within first hour out of the box

Recently ordered this tripod and my initial impression was great. Very sturdy for the weight with lots of great features such as the monopod leg and various different methods to remove / change the center column. Just what I was hoping for.However after playing around with it indoors for a couple hours one of the legs became very loose and would just flop down making unpacking and setting it up very annoying. And ever more difficult to set the leg angle to anything another other than the steepest. Quickly after a second leg started having the same issue. I figured ok, no big deal i'll use the provided tool and tighten up the bolts.... did that and the legs felt great, after playing with it a bit, you can feel the bolt slip and the legs just go right back to flopping around. Ok... lets try tightening them down again... This time actually counted how many open/close cycles until they started flopping again. 7 times! That's it! After opening and closing the legs only 7 times the bolts come loose and the legs just flop all around. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for something that's right out of the box, has never been used, and has never even been outside.During all this I emailed three legged things support address. They got back to me within a couple hours which was a amazing start. They said that the corey doesn't typically have issues and they've only heard of this happening after years of use and dirt and debris getting into the joint. I replied with a little more information that day, and again the following day with even more information. I didn't hear back either time. After 48 hours I emailed them again asking for an update but still nothing beyond the initial response.Here's hoping they get back to me and can sort this out. Hopefully it's a one off issue and a replacement unit wont have them problem. If that turns out to be the case then this would easily be a 4 or 5 star product. But with this defect right out of the box I can't give it anything higher than 1.
