Top Customer Reviews
Concept is perfect. In actuality this is difficult to use, does not just 'pop up' it takes some work, and is creeky when weight is put on it. There is a 1- 2 inch gap between the day bed and this trundle & we are looking for ways to keep them connected better. It needs a pillow top for day bed & trundle together yet there is nothing that is the same exact size, so we will make do with a King.
We used a plywood board so the memory foam mattress would not fall between the springs.
Because we could not find anything else this seems the best that is out there so will have to make do with it.
A futon would be much easier and from this experience, in hindsight we would have gone that route instead.
It was purchased to slide under an antique four-poster, which gives me room for a 6" mattress.
