The worst part is the thing is not rigid enough, which means, when you try to roll the sushi, it'll bend all over the place. If you use the regular one made from bamboo, that won't happen. I'm going to try to use this in combination with the regular one next time I make sushi. That way, I won't have to deal with the rice sticking everywhere but still have that rigidness that I need to roll the sushi.

Cosas buenas: fácil de limpiar, el arroz no se pega, higiénico, genial para californias.
Cosas malas: demasiado blando, la gracia es que se doble en una dirección, no en todas, y éste es su mayor defecto. Si empiezas en el sushi no te la recomiendo.
Un consejo: ayúdate con la de bambú, pon la de bambú sobre la mesa, encima esta de silicona y liego el maki/california que quieras hacer. El bambú le da resistencia y la silicona te ayuda a que no se pegue. Es una chapuza pero funciona. Hay otra rígida pero nola encuentro en España, en USA sí que está.
