I have mixed feelings about what to rate this booster. I could go 3 or 4 stars. I love that's it's a natural, environmentally friendly product, and it definitely does what it says it does which is get rid of hard water spots. I have hard well water and have spots on everything - dishes and shower doors. I did read the directions before using but didn't consider my pyrex measuring cup as painted glassware. Wow was I surprised when it came out nice and spot free, but also free of all the measurements! The included photo shows the washed cup to the right. The cup on the left is the larger version of what it looked like before! The cup on the right does still have one spot of red writing in the center to the right and that's all that was left. As a measuring cup it's now virtually useless unless measurements don't have to be precise. If you're willing to censure what goes in the dishwasher, I give it 4 stars. But there are items I should be able to wash in the dishwasher that I now have to do by hand. I also noticed my cat's 2 water bowls had a ring around them that I never saw before. Had to wash them by hand too. I'll use up but probably not buy again. It's a bit too abrasive for me.

No spots, no film and NO WRITING.
