Some of the recipes look like they would be interesting. My problem with the book is that it doesn't look as though anyone proof read it before it was published. For example one recipe calls for apple pie filling and then in the directions it says to make sure the peaches are in small pieces; another calls for yellow cake mix when it is a lemon cake and no other lemon is called for. There are also several typos. I didn't even read the whole book: this was just looking at a few of the recipes. None of this is criticle but it is annoying.
