    La paquetería no manipuló el producto de manera adecuada, la caja de la laptop estaba en una más grande y no pusieron bolsas de aire o poliestireno, por lo que el que me lo entrego al ponerlo en el suelo se escuchó que se golpeaba el producto.
    Los sellos de la caja de la laptop estaban abiertos y vueltos a poner con cinta transparente.
    La pila de la laptop en 10 min llega a 80% y no tarda ni 2 horas la carga completa. Mi esposa tiene una laptop idéntica y a ella le dura más de 4 horas viendo películas...
    La laptop tenía algunas manchitas que no se que son. La verdad decepcionado ya que me hace pensar que el producto no es nuevo.
